Mushroom Wood Seaweed
The Seaweed is collected from the shore of a Scottish sea-loch, rinsed in fresh water and dried naturally. I take care to collect seaweed sustinabley and use only common species.
Some of the species I sell are not commonly sold for human consuption, though they are commonly found on the shore. These sea vegetables are often used for animal feed but otherwise have been under used and underated, they are as nutricious and tasty as the more exotic seaweeeds.
